Cool Central Apartment

We had to wait 30 minutes to check-in outside the apartment. When we finally check-in the host was incredibly rude and the apartment wasn’t clean at all. Used body sponges on the shower, open used thing all over the bathroom. Towels not clean not even folded just been thrown in the room. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all. They didn’t make the sofa bed and just told us that we have to make it. No soap, used and finished sponge to wash dishes. Worst experience of my life and I’m someone that travel a lot

I stayed for 4 nights The room is smelly and we found bed bugs !! I was bitten in whole body i returned back but still itching ! Beds are not comfortable the towels is not for human use ! Dirty and stained we just use the room to sleep cuz we stay out side all the day . Cuz the money is not refundable so we should stay there to the end , last day he changed the room for us to other one (in third or fourth floor with no lift and no heating it was freezing but we were so tired to ask for anything)as i couldn’t sleep since i saw the bugs after 2days of staying in the room i was bitten but i thought it was mosquitoes!! Till i saw many of them walking in bed🥲🥲 i was so afraid for my kids also i stayed all night watching them and killing the bugs it was a real horror Not recommended at all worst trip

The location is perfect. Also the appartment was clean.

The appartment was cold. The electricity did not work well so we could not heat it up. An extra blanket would have been nice in the winter. There was a lot of trash in the hallway and just outside the appartment building.

The beds were crawling in bedbugs and there were blood stains on the sheets we have come home covered in bites could see them crawling all over the bedding

The property doesnt look like showed in pictures on booking.com it was very very dirty place i refused to lstay there coz it doest looked like a liveable place for humans sorry for bad word but it was a shithole had to check in 15 they guy told me to come back 15:40 then i went there on 15:40 the apartment was still not ready and i asked to look around in appartment it was shit hole dirty very dirty Very very very bad place

Nothing at all. This should not be rented out. It is a very bad location. It is filthy. The construction right outside started at 6am! I cannot even fathom how the owner can think about renting this place out. It is inhabitable.

Street was filthy. Accommodation is nothing like the pictures. The place is falling apart. Entrance is a disgrace. Front door was left open by others in the building. It is unsafe. We had to slum it one night. But had to move out in the morning. We expect a refund. The key guy was not even surprised when we told him we could not stay there. He was happy to say ok leave the keys on the table. The reaction from him made us think it was not his first experience in people leaving. There was no offer to refund us or ask us why we were leaving, even though we had booked for two nights. I have never stayed in such a bad place and I am a well traveled person.

The first day we went to the Airbnb. We informed Sylvester 30 min before and he was late 1 hour. While we were waiting the police randomly passed and told us don’t stay in this Airbnb. They said it was incredibly unsafe. We were very scared at this point. Then a guy came out of our apartment and told us he would bring the keys. I asked him for his name, he stuttered and told us a completely different name from Sylvester. He was very creepy and kind of homeless. We couldn’t have no more so we left and found a hotel. We contacted booking for a refund but they didn’t even replied our email. So this was an extra cost. Don’t ever go to this apartment. If you don’t believe my experience read the other reviews. Booking should close their page !!!
