Cool Central Apartment

There is nothing to like about this apartment..

This place is an absolute disgrace. I have stayed in many budget accommodations, butt this is an absolute disgrace. The whole apartment was very dishevelled, and the smell of mould and damp went right through the apartment and was unbearable, we had to stay that night and look for alternative accommodation elsewhere. My advice is to pay a little more and look elsewhere. we found something else quite cheaply I wouldn't let my dog stay there. Poor poor poor

While the location of this apartment is technically central, the building itself felt unsafe and extremely neglected, with trash left in common areas and visibly dirty floors and walls. This made the stay not only uncomfortable but truly distressing. The photos on the listing are highly misleading and do not reflect the actual state of the property. Unfortunately, this felt more like a scam than a legitimate rental

The apartment is in a quite strange building, but in a very good location. The condition of the apartment itself is a bit precarious, starting with the entrance with a wobbly and broken floor. The dishes were sticky and needed to be washed. And to finish there were bedbugs. I will not talk about the bathroom because it's sunday... (It was just a bit old and stinky). The overall stay was nice and we did enjoy all of the rest of the commodities. Super central from the city center and good value for money. A few bed bugs was the worst thing. The rest I can live with.

Location

The apartment smells like a canal, and it's loud as the front door is does not close perfectly and you can hear everything happening in the corridor. There's mold in different rooms. The pictures do not tell the whole truth. On the other, it could have been cleaner and the furniture is like they found them on the street.
