Basically, the location was very good, relatively close to the center and public transport, easily accessible.

There was no hot water in the apartment, neither in the bathroom nor in the kitchen, and the flow of water (cold) in the shower was terribly weak. The apartment was unheated, and it was cold there. Only one towel was provided, we had to look for another, the host did not write that it was in the sofa. On the last day, the wifi was down from the morning. There were no curtains from front windows, so outside lamp directly shine into apartment all night. During Saturday night the neighbors from other apartment did big noise and mess between 1-2am.

We have stayed in this flat many times because of its location, as we work directly with the European institutions. This is its main attraction: it is located in front of the European Parliament, and it is easy to get there from the airport.

The facilities haven’t been updated in years. There is no phone number to call if there’s a problem, and the heating wasn’t working. The bed linen is dirty and torn, the mattresses are stained, and everything looks like it’s about to fall apart. It’s really just four walls to spend a night in and little more. There are no curtains on the windows, so light comes in at all hours. I hope they fix this, because it’s a shame to have it in this condition.

Wir standen vor der Wohnung, hatte keinen Zutrittcode. Wir haben mit dem Eigentümer telefoniert, es dauerte bis wir die Zugangsdaten erhalten haben. Große Wohnung, sehr sparsam eingerichtet. Absolut charmlos, Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität. Zigarette-Asche auf einer Lampe, gelbe Dichtungen in der Duche, Löcher in den Kissenbezüge, kaputte Vorhänge, Flecken auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Das Pompom: das Treppenhaus zum Schlagzimmer: würde keine TÜV-Prüfung halten (sogar gefährlich). Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Mit einer kleinen Investition könnten man aus der Wohnung viel machen.
