It’s not very clean the mirror in the bathroom is broken and the sink was very dirty not cleaned there was a lot of dust and stains on the sheets

The flat is nice, warm, in a very good location, easy to access, with high ceilings, a good price, a warm bathroom and a towel rail that works well.

Оn the downside: fix the handle on the front door, the tap in the kitchen is unstable, buy a set of identical cups, provide enough towels for the number of guests (we were left with 2 towels for 4), the foot towel near the shower was not clean, vacuum the floor (there is a lot of debris between the boards), wash the window sills and windows, provide at least liquid soap (I won't mention shampoo). Then your guests will have no reason to complain. I believe you will become the best.

The property had plenty of space, like in the pictures. The location was very good and the price was affordable compared to other properties. The heating system was working fine.

The cleaning would be better as the sheets, duvet covers and towels I don’t think had been changed from previous booking but I didn’t really care because I used my own.

Oproti hodnoteniam ktoré som našiel na bookingu bola moja skúsenosť podstatne lepšia. Možno som natrafil na ten lepší apartmán. Apartmán je naozaj veľmi priestranný a bol čistý. Kúrenie aj teplá voda fungovali podľa potreby. Takisto matrace boli v poriadku a spalo sa na nich dobre. WC obnovené a v poriadku. Mal som na izbe uteraky a v skrini boli vešiaky. Na oknách boli použiteľné hrubé závesy.

Jedinou nečistotou bola pleseň okolo ventilátora v sprche. Pod oknami je ručná ulica a od skorého rána tam jazdí mestská doprava, ktorá tam má asi konečnú a na zastávke si necháva pustený motor aj keď stojí a dlhšie čaká, takže ráno ma hluk rušil so spania.

We hebben meerdere keren contact geprobeerd op te nemen, maar kregen alleen voicemail. We hebben een bericht gestuurd naar de verhuurder, zonder reactie. De verwarming werkte niet; we hebben drie dagen in de kou gezeten en geslapen. Er waren geen gordijnen, waardoor iedereen naar binnen kon kijken. Douchen was bijna niet mogelijk door een zeer zwakke waterstraal. Het licht in de woonkamer was kapot en ook een stoel was defect. Alles was erg slecht en de service was verschrikkelijk. Alleen de locatie was goed.

Tout d’abord, il s’agit d’un faux 3ᵉ étage : pour atteindre le logement, il faut en réalité monter 5 étages. En béquilles, cela a été extrêmement difficile et dangereux. À l’arrivée, le canapé était sale, le matelas également, et la couette n’était pas lavée. Pour accéder à la chambre, la rambarde de l’escalier est cassée, ce qui représente un vrai risque, encore plus pour une personne à mobilité réduite. L’état des toilettes laisse clairement à désirer : un nettoyage sérieux (oui, la javel existe) est indispensable. Côté équipements : Pas de fourchettes, Pas de micro-ondes, Pas de télévision, Les plaques électriques ne fonctionnent pas. J’ai contacté le propriétaire à plusieurs reprises pour signaler ces problèmes. Certaines demandes sont restées sans réponse, notamment concernant les plaques, sans aucune solution proposée. Les photos sur Booking ne correspondent pas à la réalité (photos IA ou très embellies). C’est dommage, car le logement a un bon potentiel, mais le propriétaire ne semble pas vouloir investir. Avant mon arrivée, au vu des commentaires, j’avais pourtant pris la peine de contacter le propriétaire pour m’assurer d’avoir des draps propres. Résultat : 4 jours sur place, une seule serviette de douche fournie. En résumé, les tarifs affichés ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur des prestations proposées. Très décevant.
