Smart Apartment close to Watford Atria and Station

The property was very close to the shopping centre like not far even 2 minutes away was very clean

Not much parking but the over qualities of the apartment made up for it

Fairly spacious apartment, only 30 mins from London. Easy check in and check out.

Very little sound insulation so nights can be very loud, especially weekends. Many facilities weren't ideal and needed work (kettle was covered in timescale, shower soaked the bathroom, bathroom tap doesn't work properly). Bed pillows were very flat and provided no support.

My parents travelled from Greece for my wedding day, and they had a fantastic experience staying at this property. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority for the host. The flat was spotless, fresh and extremely well-maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything hygienic and comfortable. The space itself is very cosy and welcoming, with a homely feel that made it easy for them to settle in straight away. It’s fully equipped with a wide range of appliances exactly as stated at the description. Whether for a short or long stay, everything they needed was readily available and that made their trip easy, pleasant and hassle-free. The location could not be better. It’s right in the heart of Watford High Street, just a few steps from Atria Shopping Mall and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and shops. Public transport is also very accessible, which makes it a great base for exploring the area or heading into London. Just a few minutes away from the Lioness Line that goes straight to Euston, London. What truly sets this property apart is the host. Communication was clear, friendly yet professional and prompt from start to finish. The host clearly has a deeply rooted hospitality mindset and went above and beyond to make my parents feel welcome and well looked after. They already know where they will be staying during their next visit, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London. A real gem. Thank you!

The lack of towels in property and nothing to dry dishes with, toilet sink kept filling up every time you ran water and took ages to go away. Very noisey outside at night as it was on ground floor

Close to everything. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Tv was amazing. The host was mainly contactable and very communicative. I would definitely book again once up and running, if all facilities were working. Kitchen was well equipped.

Drainage was very poor in the bathroom. Noise is definitely a downside, but it’s what you would expect from town centre location. like other reviews it’s a uber drop/ pick up point and you literally can hear every conversation. The key box was in an awkward place. No sundries
