Smart Apartment close to Watford Atria and Station

The location is central! The uber pick up zone, is directly outside the window of bedroom and lounge. Ground level/footpath. Good kitchen/TV. Host was very helpful with turning off heating system. Asked to leave early (did leave after 1 night) due to too hot to sleep (no air) safety, street noise levels.

Didn't feel safe. Fighting, yelling noise all night directly outside the windows, (uber pick up spot). Unable to open windows (for fresh air) no flyscreens, locks or guards, a person outside can reach in/step into window apartment easily. Host did not want to negotiate a cancellation. Due to above reasons, we checked out early and lost $ for the reminder of our stay. Small double bed. Not a place for mature persons.

Bathroom needs some maintenance eg sink tap is hard to turn on, bath was very slow draining and shower head needs a descale and repositioning.

It’s the perfect size for two people/ a couple to go it’s so close to everything and decorated so well feels like home away from home

The place was beautiful and clean. Very close to the high street and train station. Would 100% stay again if we're down that way. Oh and the bath! Loved it!

It could get quite loud at times with foot traffic and road traffic but if you don't mind a bit of a buzz around that it's not a problem!

My sister and I liked the proximity of the apartment to Atria Watford (which has lots of branded shops), Watford Market, Train Stations (both Watford Junction and Watford High street), High Street and other attractions. The apartment itself had the facilities as mentioned on booking.com.

Nothing much, but recommendation that the host should provide more details on how to locate things without asking e.g. how to access the wifi, how to empty trash bin...overall the experience was highly satisfactory

The location was ideal - close to Watford Junction station and the shopping area. Many of the property facilities were good - TV, WiFi, washing machine, fridge freezer, spacious rooms, large sofa, some attempt to make it like a 'home from home' with nice touches in the decor.

I had to climb over large containers to retrieve the keys from their lock box round the back of the property. This didn't feel safe. The apartment did not feel or look clean. Hairs and dirt on the shower and in the bath. Hairs on the floor in all the rooms. Kitchen area hadn't been wiped round, the worktop appliances hadn't been moved and there was dirt and crumbs around them. It would have been a nice touch if milk and tea/coffee had been left. Bed hadn't been made - the pillows and duvet were retrieved from a drawer under the bed with covers and all smelled like a teenage boys room! I went to the local Primark to buy covers. The sofa didn't change into a bed, this wasn't ideal for my adult son to sleep on and I needed the bed due to my cancer treatment - I messaged the host and received no reply, although he had replied to other messages.
