The location is good and the check-in is easy, you almost don’t have any contact with the host. The place is quite comfortable and really spacious which is great.

The bedsheets had a specific smell (as if they were locked in a box for a long time) and the floor was dusty. There was an ironing table, but I couldn’t find an iron (not sure if it’s not available, or I just didn’t see it). Other than that, everything was good.

It was close to the city center and it was clean

There was waste baskets in front of the apartment and they were smelling badly.

I have been using booking.com for many years, and this is the first time I have written such a long review. On the first day, at 15:00 on May 1, we arrived at the yard and waited outside for cleaning. We saw a notice on the door saying that no loud noises were allowed from 8pm to 8am. It was 3pm at that time. We chatted in the yard at a normal volume for about 5 minutes, and then went into the apartment after the cleaning was done. We never stayed in the yard again. We also talked at a normal volume indoors. At about 12:00 that night, the landlord warned us that smoking in the yard would be fined 200 euros and we would be kicked out immediately without a refund. However, there was no notice at the door and indoors of the apartment that smoking in the yard was not allowed, and the regulations on the booking website did not mention it. There was also an ashtray on the table at the door of the apartment with many cigarette butts in it. I feel uncomfortable because the warning he wrote was very rude. Just then, my neighbor came out to smoke, and I asked her if smoking was not allowed in the yard? She said there was never such a rule, it was not allowed indoors, but it was allowed in the yard. So I took a photo and asked the landlord, there was no place saying smoking was not allowed in the yard, why did you warn us like this? The landlord could not explain, so he replied to me and said that you should abide by your existing rules. And said you received the warning because I think you are too noisy. I asked him: Too noisy? Do you live next to us? How did you hear that we were too noisy? We didn't have a party, we were talking normally, how could it be too noisy? He replied again that if I received a call from the neighbor, I would warn you again. I was really speechless. This landlord was very rude and rude. Is this place for the deaf and dumb? Normal talking is not allowed? From then on, I asked the children not to talk indoors, not even during the day.
