Excelent location - spotless clean - good value for money - quiet and safe neighborhood - well equipped apartament - close to Parliament and city center

Once we entered the main building, it was a bit difficult to find the apartment - didn't have hot water during the night(at 2-3 AM, after we arrived from the city) - one of the mattresses a bit bouncy

First of all, the apartment was not prepared for the new guests(us), didn’t looked as new as in photos and the furniture was broke, everything was unclean, dirty on the walls, below the bed was food and a lot of dust. After we arrived we had to wait in outside till two people came to “clean” it. They just opened the window changed the sheet and washed the floor. We stayed like 20 min in that apartment and we started to itch. I requested to get our money back but he doesn’t accepted it because owner don’t find it a good reason. We had to look for another accommodation.. I do not recommend it! Worst experience ever.

Location is really great. We have bot used the car at all during our stay.

Since is in an old building there is a smell inside like in any old buildings. The apartment should have small fixes here and there. It can be seen is being utilised as much as possible. The parking near the property is 50 EUR per day. On the street there is no apace and is only for max 3 hours.

Our stay was really bad. The apartment inside was good but the building was very old and not maintained. The drain smelled bad. But the problem was that the water in the shower had a problem. It was hot for a minute and then ice. We arrived the first night after our flight and we could not have shower. We informed their secretariat. They came next day to fix it. When we returned in the evening from our walk after two days without a bath, the problem had not been solved. We informed the secretariat again and they didn't believe us!!!! They insisted that it is made up and that we are being unreasonable … We have never before met such a bad treatment abroad. We were forced to bathe 4 people with water that was freezing within a minute. They spoiled the peace of our few days vacation.

The location is great and also is a roomy place with a lot of light and nice ambient.

The hole apartment smelled like a bar, where you smoke. We had to refresh the hole apartment. There was no welcoming stuff, some water or Biskuits. And coffee and tea, where not there. Than why bother to install a coffee machine. The shower needs some repairs, cause was overflooding.

Excellent location, helpful staff.

The flat had a weird smell, not enough plates and pans, very loud ventilation.
