Quiet Cozy Apartment in Party Street e1

I appreciate the location of the apartment and the clear instructions from the owner regarding arrival at the accommodation.

The apartment would need some investment in renovation - floors, painting the walls, more comfortable mattresses, and kitchen equipment - to make the guest feel more comfortable there. It is a cheaper accommodation, where generally you have to count on simpler equipment, but despite this, the customer expects that the space they pay for will meet some standards. Once something is damaged or worn out, it should be repaired or replaced. Letting it fall into disrepair and always welcoming new guests is... Simply, some repairs should have been carried out a long time ago - it would have given a much cleaner impression.

Дуже зручне розташування, чистота в номері, дуже тихо і не чутно зайвого шуму з вулиці, вихід з квартири веде на одну з найкращих і найцікавіших вулиць Будапешту . Багато необхідного було в наявності, фен, мило, кондиціонер, посуд, кава і решта. Також був кондиціонер, хоча квартира сама по собі не жарка.

Трішки забитий душ, у ванні дещо довго затримуєтьмя волога,тому рушники залишаються вологими довгий ча, через щл швидко потребуючи прання. Але в квартирі була пральна машинка.

Location - the centre of Budapest, in walking distance from the 100E (aeroport express ) stop. Cozy and Clean flat, easy to reach, responsive owner, self check in, and check out.

It had clean sheets and towels and the AC worked great. Also there was always hot water for showering. It was also quite spacious for the two of us. Location was kind of sketchy but we had no incidents and plus it’s close to everything. The host kindly explained everything needed for the self check in which was simple.

What you see in pictures is not what you get. The walls were all stained mostly with humidity stains and in some places were peeling off. The sofa was not pleasant to look at or sit on since it was also full of all types of stains all over, and so was the carpet. The furniture overall looked very unkept. The space above where the mattress is is maximum 135-140cm tall, so even I (163 cm) had to hunch over a lot whenever I was there. Also the shower flooded very easily. All in all it wasn’t the most terrible experience but I definitely wouldn’t come back or recommend if it remains in this current state.

The location is pretty good. Almost everything is in a walkable distance.

The apartment looked good in photos, in real life not so cute. It was dark, damp and cold.

It was clean and had good facilities
