Quiet Cozy Apartment in Party Street e1

The apartment was clean, but evident signs of usage: the sofa has stains, which makes it difficult to relax and sit with your clothes without thinking it twice. Location is very good, right in the center. Not recommended if you are not interested in nightlife.

The apartment is not comfortable: in the "room" upstairs you cannot walk properly as the height of the ceiling is below average person's height, you really have to crawl. Also, no bed, just a mattress. The building itself is very old and dirty- trush everywhere that are not being picked. This is not the apartment's fault but still very unpleasant. Also, it doesn't feel very safe as the front door of the apartment doesn't look properly. Shower is flooding immediately as it is only covered with a curtain. You need flipflops to use the bathroom. Location is good but i would trade it for a better service

Perfect size and location for the two of us. Great value for money. Shower pressure and temperature was perfect in this cold weather. Washing machine was very handy to have.

As other reviews say, there are a few stains on the sofa and rug in the lounge area. Wasn’t a huge issue for us though. Also, front door to lock was ok, just had a certain nack to it, patience is key.
