New York Palace Flats

The accomodation is in a very good location. Easy to go anywhere you want to go in Budapest as public transports are nearly in your doorstep.

Great location of the accomodation, walking distance from the centre, good communication with the owner.

The room (especially beds) weren t very comforable.. in the bathroom during showering there was water everywhere because of poor draining.. check in was possible since 15.

That it was clean and the location

The location was normal. Very close to the iconic New York Cafe. The best thing about the apartment was the cleaning lady Rima who lives in the neighbouring apartment.

There was almost no hot water. It was not enough even for a quick shower for one person. I informed the apartment manager and promised to send the mechanic twice but did not send anyone because the boiled was too small and what a mechanic would do with that. The apartment was on the ground floor and there was a horrible smell of mold. The walls were very thin and could completely hear the noises of neighbours taking shower or going to toilet. The bed was narrow and uncomfortable.

Location is excellent with New York cafe almost across the street and the metro station & supermarket as you turn the corner. The appartment has been recently refurbished and all feels new and well cared for. Very clean. Super easy check in and check out via email. It is a studio the photos are true to reality, with the kitchen and the bed/wardrobe/TV in the same space. It has a fridge, microwave, kettle, washing machine, all super clean and new. The bathroom is en suite and again super clean and pretty. Air con is fab. It is perfect for a couple and it has a privileged location for full days of urban exploration. Fantastic value for money. I would recommend and go back myself.

Just a word of warning if you arrive at night like we did: the entrance to the building looks in disrepair and the bins are kept as you come in. No need to be alarmed, the patio leading to the other flats and the entrance to the NY apartments (three with their own independent entrance) are both very clean and looked after, with some lovely plants and all the other things you'd expect of normal living.

Location was amazing,right next to New York palace,shops were close as well.The apartman has all the things you need,stove,a washer,a shower,towels,fridge.
