The studio is perfect for 2 people, very clean and well equiped, the host was very helpful and friendly. There are two garages around the corner, a small market just across the studio and it is in a good location from the city center.

Location in a quiet part of the building. It is located in the yard isolated from street noise. The apartment has almost all facilities, but they are modest. The space is small, but well organized.

Isolation compared to neighboring apartments is poor. Every quiet speech can be heard because the plaster walls are very thin, with no sound insulation. The explanation about the location of the apartment should be better. It should be said that the apartments are located at the end of the central inner courtyard, on the left side.

The location is really convenient with all the amenities nearby. Super markets, coffe houses and quality restaurants can be found in footing distance.

Hosts are incapable of managing this rental house, period. The first day of our arrival we were left stranded on the streets because the hosts fell asleep and their automated message for the check in procedure was never sent. We arrived at 00:00 at night outside the building and the hosts new the time of our arrival. We tried to contact them via booking messages, via phone calls and emails all night but we didn't get any response. Eventually after 7 hours (07:00 in the morning) on the streets of Budapest with almost 0 degress and staffed with our luggages, we were contacted by the owners with the excuse of "we fell asleep" and "the automated message never arrived". Also, the water was almost never hot in the shower and the interior of the apartment smelled intensely from a nearby sewage. Dissapointment is the only word that could describe our stay in that place.

great location, small flat but comfortable enough, well equipped kitchen and bathroom

the view is of a very small inner yard, of walls, basically. But I did not care about this because I wasn’t there for the view. I imagine it could be hot in the summer so it’s good that there is an AC. there is a little corridor from which there are doors to three small flats. the flats can be locked, but the door from the inner yard to the small corridor cannot. for safety, it would be good to lock that door too.

The check-in instructions were clear and it was possible to arrive in the late hours. The beds were comfortable. There were enough towels and the room was clean. The location was really good.

There was a moisture in the toilet and the floor was wet when we arrived. The room was cold. There was only an air conditioner which was not working properly, we tried all the possible options.
