Green apartment, in the middle of the city center, quiet, AC

I like the fact that its clean, comfortable and in the middle of centre with easy access to all aminities.

I didnt relied the sofa bed was extentable and instruction wasnt at noticeable area(understairs) as we only saw it on our last day howeever the sofa was comfortable as a single bed anyway. I think all the instructions should be better kept in one the folder.

Excellent location.

The location is very close to lots of restaurants and shops, but it was still very quiet. The property has a parking space, but I'm not sure it can be used for a SUV because it is very tight.

The cleaning could be better. There was dust and spider webs in the corners and the sheets were too old. The bathroom is very tiny, and it is hard to find the perfect temperature for the shower (it is too hot or too cold). The pillows were uncomfortable. The temperature couldn't be adjusted and it was a little bit cold.

This place really is a gem. The location is the best it can be. The street downstairs can be noisy at times, but the apartment is in an inner courtyard and is dead quiet (which is great of course). Just be aware that there is a two-story clime up, so if you’re not up for that… it might be a problem. We had no problem with that. The apartment is very well organized, and despite its’ compact size has everything you could ask for. The apartment was super clean, smelled great, and even the hot water and the water pressure in shower were above expectation for an older building like this. Beds are comfortable. All in all, we had a GREAT stay and would very much recommend it.
