Hillside Central Apartments

Misleading and completely unresponsive staff. We were explicitly told that an early check-in, one hour before the official check-in time, would be possible. They did not alert us before our arrival that it would not be, and left us waiting outside the building for an hour. The explanation given was that the cleaner was running late. However, this appears highly questionable, as nobody entered or left the apartment during the entire hour we were waiting. During this time, the staff ignored our messages and phone calls. In the end, we received an automatic check-in message with instructions for a digital keybox that became active exactly at the official check-in time. This strongly suggests that the real reason was not cleaning at all, but simply that they were unable or unwilling to change the activation time of their automated check-in system. Poor communication, false promises, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this property to anyone who values honesty and responsive customer service. On top of it all bedsheets and towels smelled like cigarette smoke. Far from clean.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war extrem sauber – praktisch wie neu.

Was verbessert werden könnte: Die Bedienung des TVs war etwas kompliziert. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn sie einfacher und benutzerfreundlicher gestaltet wäre.
