Air conditioning didn’t work and no hairdryer or toaster. It would have been nice to have had milk for tea/coffee when we arrived

Communication with the host was terrible. First we asked for a baby cot and they bring it without matress and sheets. When we called them that it's not usable, they answered that they don't provide anything more. They gave our money back but did not care about how and where our baby would sleep, even it was booked in advance. In the apartment number 5, the heater in the bathroom was broken and running on full force - it was hot as an iron - it was very dangerous, especially for our 1.5 year old son and made sauna from the bathroom and the entire apartment in June - imagine it! After burning my hand, I called them to fix it. They promised to send someone - first, they promised that someone will come on the first day, then they said that they will discuss it with some technician the next day. They never wrote us again. Avoid this place!
