Downtown Penthouse Budapest

I don't know where to start from an excellent apartment and a beautiful view, close to all shops, buses, trams and to the sights that need to be seen. A host who is extremely accommodating and available to help all the time. I GIVE 10+

The apartment is pretty and well equipped. You can check in by yourself and park in garage. Near the apartment you will find metro and bus station (+/-30min from historical centrum).

Apartment was dirty. There was a lot of stuff in kitchen which we had to wash before use and the dish washer stinks. The oven was also dirty - you will find there some burnt food (probably after previous renters). On taraces is fake grass which was very wet after the storm, so we couldn't use taraces as we wanted. There are some trees on tarace which are dying and because of that there was a lot of needles on the flor which you can bring inside on your shoes. At the ceiling, you will find spiders and spider's web. The apartment has private corridor and there is a chemical smell, so we was almost running throught it.

The apartment was better than in description. Big tv, kitchen, royal bed, Two different terraces. Jacuzzi. Climat control...

We liked the decoration of the apartment and that we were the only aparment on the floor.

We didnt like how everything was dirty, from the kitchen utencils to the jacuzzi outside. Utencils and plates had dry food on them and the glasses were dirty from stains. The jacuzzi smelles of fish and had leaves in it. There were black hairs and dust all over the floors. The water cooker had white stuff floating in it and the milk maker had green slime in it. The oven had leftover food and was crusy from the prevois meal other people made. When we confronted the owner he was very unreasnoable by offering us to leave the aparment even thou it was almost midnight (we checked in later in the day). Since we couldnt find anywhere to sleep so late at night we had to stay and wait the next day for the cleaners to come (the owner told us he would bring cleaners since we had to stay in the aparment). But even after they came the aparment was still dirty. The water in the jacuzzi was not changed, the dishes were not even half cleaned. The floors were just cleaned on areas that were sent to the owner in pictures. And later we read in the reviews people also wrote how dirty it was and when the owners were confronted they act surrprised like it is the first time. And he was also trying to convince us that the apartment was infact not dirty.

I liked everything, from the location, comfort and the way the apartment is arranged. It gives you inner peace. You have everything you need in this apartment.

Very polite and humble staff. Clean and warm house. You can tell the house have been well designed. Large and open balcony, decorated with plant which is so comfortable when looking at.

The temperature of the showing water was inconsistent, will suddenly getting very hot, then back to normal. The location is a bit far, about 15min away from the city center.
