Downtown Penthouse Budapest

Absolutely great Penthouse, with interieur design, kitchen and all various electrical appliances are very useful. Especially we were really enjoyed with the jacuzzi by the terrace. The owner is very friendly and helpful to answer for all the questions while our stay.

-Location is very downtown from the city but also doesn't faraway from the center, it's not a big problem we can use taxi or public transportation are very nearby but only when it's dark it feels a little unsafe to walk by the streets. -parking costs a little pricey

From my long journey...together with suitcase damaged on arriving at airport a plus with trouble as taxi waiting longer than their regulation and he a bit pushing (but understandable as he has next customer queue as well)....all nervous me a lot. So once I got at the building to get code inside the biding ... to get the key and open the door all seem difficult to me at that time, however thank you Anita who is supporting and be patient with me. The place comfortable and feel like home ....my family/ friends quite impress with the room when I share them the room vdo. The place in residence area which i feel nice as it is around with local peoples ....nice quiet but not too difficult to get public transportation to going around as well.

I wish I could get a chance to using Lay z spa....somehow it not work well probably it is too cold out there at balcony and also I not patient enough to wait for correctly temperature. Other thing is the room too comfortable then sometimes made me lazy to going out :-) ..this point can be both good and bad depended on the way you looks at it If I again back to Budapest...this place would be automatically came up to my mind as the first.

Modern and very comfortable. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a great way to relax before heading off into the city. Highly recommended

This place is special. In the summer the AC is a LIFESAVER!!! It looks just like on pictures. Very impressive because of the double terrace concept on the top floor. The interior design is very tasteful and enjoyable. We had a busy Holiday and did not have much time spent in the apartment, however i think it must be very relaxing and comfy to watch a movie or sunbathe on the sunbed. The kitchen is fully equipped. We used the grill outside for dinner. We had a great time. We shall be back.Thank you!!!

The movement sensor light in the hall is very annoying, it is way too bright. The bathroom gets stuffy, there is no window. There is only 1 set of towels no extra for Jacuzzi. (The provided toiletries are useless, almost empty bottles that looks like other guests leftovers. Shampoo and soap is the same blue liquid...i recommend to bring your trusted brand or buy in the shop.) The temperature of water changes in waves. The cleaner should spend extra time in this place to deal with details like dirt between shower wall and cabinet, spiderwebs on the terraces,iwanted to do a bit of yoga and the yogamat basket was full of dust cobs and i see dead bugs here and there and so things like that could bring down the experience. One thing that you should count on, the neighbours living in the building are very sensitive to any sound and even at 8pm if you have a normal happy conversation, they will come knock on your door to silence yourself. Thats a big mood killer. The area and therefore some of the the view is not the best.

The fake grass on the terrace gets waterlogged and can’t be used in wet weather. View is not very scenic.
