- Checking in was ok

- It's literally right above a striptease bar which you wouldn't know until arrival. - It's like on the pictures but worn down and proper dirty. Filthy would be the best word to describe. Bathroom looks mouldy. - 1st floor, no lift, shared entrance with other apartments. Corridor in shared space full of junk - Bed mattress is ridiculously bad, I wouldn't even get my dog to sleep on it. - Noisy street and bar underneath I'm renting apartments in Budapest for more than 10 years now. This one is hands down the worst experience I've had

We were not satisfied with anything in the apartment.

Our recent four-night stay at this apartment was one of the worst travel experiences we have had, and we would strongly advise others to avoid it. From the very beginning, the experience was unprofessional. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, and communication with the owner was frustratingly slow. The apartment itself was in terrible condition. It was not clean at all, with a bad smell throughout the apartment and even in the building entrance. The portable air conditioner provided was very weak and did not cool the room properly, making it uncomfortable, especially at night. The environment around the apartment felt unsafe. The building is located on a noisy street with drunk people and a striptease club just downstairs, making it impossible to sleep and uncomfortable to even step outside. We genuinely felt at risk staying there. Inside, the conditions were unacceptable: Broken wooden tiles across the floor The kitchen equipment was of poor quality, greasy, and clearly not cleaned A dirty toilet infested with silverfish insects Towels that smelled terrible, as if they hadn’t been washed properly Spider webs are in nearly every corner of the apartment A filthy sofa covered in oily stains, with equally dirty chairs A very thin, uncomfortable mattress that made it nearly impossible to rest properly The WiFi was terrible, with very unstable coverage Overall, the apartment was unhygienic, uncomfortable, noisy, and unsafe. We did not enjoy a single moment of our stay and felt misled by the listing. This place should not be rated as a 3-star accommodation, and we would never return or recommend it to anyone.

Muy buena ubicación, prácticamente se puede ir a cualquier sitio de Budapest andando en máximo 30 minutos. El apartamento era muy bonito y los techos altísimos.

Limpieza escasa, había superficies en las que se veía que había polvo de meses, manchas en el sofá, cercos de vasos en las mesillas, etc. Además en la entrada de la habitación el suelo se hundía.

Buena ubicación

En las fotos el apartamento parece una cosa, pero en realidad es totalmente diferente. Estaba sucio: las sábanas manchadas y con olor a sudor, las sillas de la cocina llenas de pelos y suciedad, y hasta había una gran telaraña en la pared. Además, le escribí a la anfitriona y ni siquiera se dignó a contestar.

Szuper környék. Tömegközlekedés szempontjából nagyon jó helyen van.

All’ingresso della struttura c’era odore di muffa con panni stesi durante tutto il nostro soggiorno che rendeva difficile l’accesso alla porta del nostro appartamento. La cucina era inutilizzabile da quanto sporca. I pavimenti sembravano non essere puliti da chissà quanto tempo. Non abbiamo capito se il letto dovessimo finire di farlo noi o se fosse già finito, comunque erano presenti peli e alcune macchie sul copri materasso. Ovviamente il prezzo per soggiornare è molto basso ma ritengo che il minimo necessario di pulizia sia comunque dovuto.

W apartamencie panował okropny brud, kurz na lampach czy zasłonach chyba nigdy nie był wycierany, płytki w łazience również brudne nie mówiąc już o kuchni i kurzu oraz brudzie wszędzie, który widać że nigdy nie był sprzątany. Co więcej obiekt nie był gotowy na godzinę 15 tak jak wcześniej było umówione. Niestety bateria w łazience była zepsuta co uniemożliwiało nam korzystanie z niej, miał przyjść pan i to naprawić pierwszego dnia, niestety nikt nie przyszedł, w pierwszym dniu też nie mieliśmy ciepłej wody, dopiero po kontakcie z administratorką drugiego dnia była ciepła woda. Kuchnia sprzęt jak i czystość mówią wiele za siebie. Kanapa i stolik zepsute.

La limpieza dejaba que desear. La mesilla de noche tenía polvo como si no la hubieran limpiado. En dos meses. El baño regular. Los utensilios de la cocina daban cosita.
