The building will be going through renovation works and guests may experience some noise between 08:00 and 18:00. Please note that if guests are found to have had a party without the permission of the host, which results in extra cleaning, the guests will be responsible for paying the extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the neighbors alerting disruptions, THE GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and THE GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. Only the number of people booked are allowed in the apartment. In case of violation of the rules, we may cancel your reservation. As this is not a hotel and also the owners' home when in Budapest, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave (respect the property and the belongings).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
