Alles unkompliziert super Wohnung alles sauber.

Parkplätze leider sehr teuer auf die dauer,da es nur Zonen gibt und die bis 22 Uhr geht. Habe dann eine offenen Parkplatz gefunden für 1,5 Tage 6000 Forint das ist dann auch ein fairer Preis.

Super tolle Lage, direkt gegenüber eines Supermarktes, ideal zu Fuß in die Stadt, super Verkehrsanbindung, kleiner schöner Park um die Ecke.

Ausstattung der Küche war sehr rudimentär, der Boden knarrte ohne Ende, der Bewegungsmelder konnte im Flur nicht deaktiviert werden und hat die ganze Wohnung hell erstrahlt, wenn sich nachts jemand durch die Wohnung bewegte. Der Fernseher funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. Am sich aber eine tolle, zentrale Unterkunft!

"Doesn’t worse to stay, dirty appartment that need renovation, but location is really good."

Good location, nearby a park and a farm market during weekend, the metro station is very close. The grocery store was 1 min. from the appartment.

Not clean appartment, very old furniture, dirty bathroom. Appartment need a renovation. In the middle of a main room was a child stroller that someone forgot before us. Bed sheets seemed not fresh. I found hairs at the bed sheets.

Wonderful location: close to centre city (main square = 15 minutes walk). And the greatest thing - it was the QUIETEST apartment in Budapest, what I have had in the last 5 years in this city!!! Really really quiet! You can sleep well and without roads noise. Apartment is well equipped, you have all necessary things. Two bedrooms, big dining space, 2 wc. Very cozy. Hot water in shower. It was nice and warm. Speedy internet.

Everything is perfect.

"Great location to walk to rest of city"

Settee was comfortable. Bathroom ok and spacious. Tall ceilings, and warm, had cosy feel

Beds were hard. Pillows too small and old/clumpy, had lost their form. No wine glasses, no small tumblers, so drink wine out of mugs. Some crockery was broken, some chipped, had to wash before using as was dirty. Pans were very old, bad condition and no other cooking utensils. TV was not working. Tried contacting owners to get it fixed and Connected. All they did is send instructions how to connect to smartbox, which given everything is in Hungarian was no help. No apartment booklet to show what you press or what anything means should you be foreigners. So had no TV, no netflix/prime etc whole trip. Not good. Final point, shower head holder doesn't hold shower, and taps in bath don't feel secure.

We had a comfortable stay. There was enough room for all 7 guests and the location was very good.

Some furniture (like chairs) need replacement.
