Basilica Apartments

The rooms were large

It was not what I booked. Broken window,broken catches on windows, leaking toilet,poor lighting, broken down sofa and chair. I wrote to tell Norbet of my dissatisfaction and he knew of broken winow and offereda rebate which I accepted but haven't received it yet

We were in the two bedroom White Apartment. This was a fantastic location, two blocks from tube and trams and 3 blocks from Saint Stephen’s Basilica. Can walk the core area easily, all the way to the Parliament Building. Surrounded by restaurants and grocery store near by. Clean and comfortably decorated with modern decor. There was also a large deck that overlooked a courtyard. Interesting layout that allows for two bathrooms. We didn’t cook, just did breakfast. Most places have a Nespresso coffee machine. This had an expresso machine. No coffee provided and no instructions on how to use. We resorted to tea. Easy fix. Washing machine worked fine, as did the AC. Beds were firmer than other apartments, but doable. Communication and instructions were excellent. They also arranged our return transfer to the airport and it worked perfectly.

Keeping it real, the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building has a very small, ancient elevator which takes one person with luggage at a time. The elevator bumps and grinds so it is not for the faint of heart. Also, for those with mobility issues, you have to negotiate a total of 8 stairs to get to the elevator. The building corridors are in rough shape but that didn’t bother us. As compared to other apartments we stayed in, the white walls were scuffed and tired. Could use a refresh. If any of these things matter to you, keep looking. We still enjoyed the apartment.

Poziția excelentă față de centru, comunicare f bună cu personalul, camere mari, apartament spatios

Electrocasnice si vesela vechi, nu au fost lăsate capsule pt aparatul de cafea, ferestrele nu izolează fonic fiind si gaurite/sparte/decupate, astfel încât nu te poți odihni din cauza zgomotului stradal, parcare extrem de scumpă in zonă...

En general todo era nuevo pero de prestaciones minimas básicas.

Beds were not the most comfortable. Lights not working in the stairwell.

Perfect location. Easy to get to attractions. We walked but excellent access to bus and tram. Comfortable and clean. Close to supermarket and restaurants

Totalmente céntrico, enfrente de la Basílica de San Esteban. Muy amplio

El portal estaba muy sucio y oscuro. El baño tenía bañera, y el grifo no funcionaba bien
