The location and views and balcony are reslly impressive, I woke up earlier just to see the sunrise properly and the town come to life, and very accesible through the provided lift. Lots of dishes and pans which was appreciated as we cooked a couple of dinners to save money, and enough coffee available for the machine. Very warm in plein winter too. Really recommend it

Pillows were too soft, but while there weren't more available to use the sofa had two cushions to put below, but this happened on all our accommodations in Switzerland for some reason.

Clean, kitchen with all the utensils , nice view. Short distance to town centre , and matterhorn view from the hill !

Great view. Compact apartment but had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and nice bedding. Full kitchen. Great value.

We found that we couldn’t connect to WiFi even though we were given the password. We just walked to the ‘I’ site and used the WiFi there.

"Comfortable, well located and good value studio in central Zermatt. Would return."

Location, great balcony, coffee machine and coffee provided, dishwasher, great shower.

Some cooking oil would have been nice. And some shampoo. But otherwise it was great.
