Studio direkt im Zentrum, tolle Terrasse, Aussicht

Beautiful cosy apartment with great views over Zermatt township. Close to everything. Easy walking distance from train. Host was helpful and gave good directions to property.

Property was advertised with a washing machine but this was no longer available.

Clean and well maintained studio apartment with a beautiful balcony and stunning view. Perfect for one or two people (while lovely, the studio is quite small). The location is great for access to start the glacier trail. It’s an uphill walk to the studio so best not to bring a large/heavy bag. Loved the Nespresso machine!

Loved the location and the views !!! So much fun to wake up to every day.

Not enough outlets. None in the restroom.

The view was beautiful of the whole town.

Comfortable studio, great kitchen and bedding. Excellent location just a short 5min walk into town. Lovely outdoor area with seating and amazing views.

Little things around the studio had been overlooked, e.g kitchen bin was full, kitchen sink was dirty and the toilet was not clean on arrival. Washing machine is no longer available for guests, although a host reply in the ‘question’ section states that a washing machine and dryer are available.

Great views, and the studio, although very small, was fine - nothing fancy, nothing to complain about.

Beware it's quite a way up some steep paths, ignore Google maps (takes you to an inaccessible entrance) and follow directions from the host for the last part. Had to chase check-in instructions twice on day of arrival (no response to my message here in booking.com). The studio, although fine for us, and nothing to complain about, is nothing fancy, and a bit dated.

Bianca was very helpful when we were effected by a weather event in Zermatt. There was no entry into Zermatt and we were stuck in Tasch at the railway station. We didn't know when Zermatt would open. We had to take accomadation in Tasch for 1 night. Bianca had no hesitation agreeing to a refund for our accomadation in Zermatt for this night. Luckily we made it to Zermatt for the remaining two nights.
