Property was compact but well equipped, balcony has great views of the town

The view is really amazing from the balcony. We had our meals out in the balcony overlooking Zermatt village. All the essentials were there for us to cook our meals as well. The location is close proximity to the Zermatt Matterhorn Museum if you use the Omnia Lift

The apartment was super nice and cozy, the view from the terrace was beautiful. Everything was nice and clean, the kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

To get there is a 15 min walk uphill (obviously makes sense for the area) which can be a little challenging for elderly people or maybe someone with movement impairments, the host did say that there's an option for an elevator nearby that could solve some of this but it was not available when we arrived.

Very nice small studio, nicely fitted with new/modern furniture and well equipped with all necessary tools (all kitchen stuff, dishwasher, nespresso machine (with a few capsules offered), modern oven, toaster, etc.) Bathroom well fitted, hairdryer included etc. The studio itself is rather small but boasts a quite large terrace that can be enjoyed in good weather. As the studio is high uphill, the views on Zermatt are magnificent. Luckily we didn’t need to climb up with the skis and baggage, as we could use the elevator of a hotel next to the house. This was much appreciated. The owner explained the directions and the check-in very well on WhatsApp and she was very responsive in our communication. Overall, much recommended for two persons.

Great property with excellent views. The studio was well maintained with all necessities available. Also, Bianca is an amazing host, she’s very kind and accommodating.

A well-equipped and clean apartment with essentials like an oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, hairdryer, towels, and stable Wi-Fi. The direct elevator to town (actually part of the neighboring Omnia Hotel) is a huge plus. Without it, reaching the apartment on foot would involve a strenuous uphill climb. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about the elevator or how to check in on the day of arrival, so we spent a long time climbing slopes and stairs in the evening to find the place, which was quite frustrating. Overall, it’s a quiet room with great views, conveniently close to the train station, and fully equipped. I would recommend it to friends as a good place to stay.

The host doesn’t respond to inquiries on booking.com and provide the exact location and check-in instructions via booking, email, or text in advance. It wasn’t until late at night, after dragging two large suitcases uphill for over half an hour, that I finally reached the host by phone and learned about the studio location elevator. This made me and my family anxious before check-in, as I worried we might end up without a place to stay. I hope this process can be improved in the future.
