Das Studio hatte genau die richtige Größe. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Betten war sehr bequem - wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war ein bisschen lieblos. Einheitliches Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser wären schön. Weingläser in angemessener Größe wären schön. Scharfe Schneidemesser wären dringend erforderlich!

Très bon emplacement et l’appartement est très agréable. Bien situé pour le ski et relativement proche du centre-ville. Le lit dépliant et très confortable. Local a ski très bien avec chauffage pour les chaussures de ski 🎿👍🏼

Des petits détails comme le robinet de la cuisine qui était dévissé et le joint de la porte de douche endommagé. Peut être un manque d’ustensiles de cuisine mais il y a un caquelon et un grille pain.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, nettes kleines Apartment. Das Bett - obwohl Schrankbett - ist sehr bequem. Haltestellen für Dorf- und Skibus ca. 300 m entfernt (nicht einmal 5 Minuten zu den Liften), Geschäfte aller Art inkl. Supermarkt bequem in Laufweite. Freundliche, unkomplizierte Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Zermatter Verhältnisse sehr gut.

Das Apartment ist recht hellhörig.

We stayed in the attic apartment number 15. The house was very cold the first day we arrived; there was a problem, so they called a technician to fix it. When I opened the flat door, there was a very strong smell of food coming from the apartment. There was no ventilation window in the apartment building's common area. There were no garbage bags, no paper towels, and only enough toilet paper to last two days; you have to buy your own. There were no trash cans in the apartment building, and we weren't given any information about where to throw our trash. We found trash cans nearby ourselves and disposed of our waste there. The day before our departure, we were told to throw our trash in the trash can near the bridge; it would have been better if this information had been given from the beginning. At check-out, they asked us to remove the bed linens, something we've never experienced before. Because I have allergic rhinitis and asthma, this is impossible for me. The kitchen supplies are insufficient for a family of five. The pillows in the bedroom were very soft and thin; they provided thicker pillows.

The Murphy bed was quite comfortable and easy to set up and take down each day in seconds. Lots of storage space for all the ski bus and bobs. Ski room downstairs was nice and warm. Heat works very well-- we even had to open a window at night. The price was an impeccable value! Great location about five minutes from a market and a couple more to downtown.

The cooking pan could be better. The bathroom is quite small for a family of four without hooks for the towels. Kitchen chairs were quite uncomfortable especially for family game night.
