Location, size, cleanliness & the staff were all wonderful.

The inability to turn down the heat. Had to sleep every night with windows open as the radiant heat from the floors kept the apartment a little too toasty.

Rooms smaller and dirtier than online and it was so hot and stuffy we slept with the window open and were still hky

The landlandy was very friendly and helpful. Her husband even helped us to carry our luggage up the stairs. (Quite a few stairs to the doorway of the building - inside there is an elevator) Very quiet area. Flat has al you nay need, including a full kitchen. We were 4 adults and 2 had to sleep on the coach, which was already made and very comfortable. The shelves in the open area was very handy for storage. Please ad a mirror to the outside wall of the bathroom, this will help everybody to get ready in the mornings. (Only mirror is in the bathroom.) No view of Matterhorn from this balcony, but still very nice views.

Another mirror in the bedroom our open area would increase the comfort of 4 adult guests.

The room was clean and comfortable. Rosa was very helpful and considerate.

The flight of steps to go up the apartment but it is ok as they allowed us to use the side door.

Great view from balcony. In quiet location but very close to everything. Roomier than I expected with plenty of space for 3 adults.

Staff were hard to find but answered phone when we called.
