Great spacious warm comfortable and great location.

Not well explained in the check in instructions to where exactly is the keybox located for the main gate fob. Not enough towels - should at least leave 2 towels per person! No clothes to wipe kitchen surface and could put extra kitchen towel.

Too hard to do the checkin, bad service, refused to give us toilet paper when we ran out. Uncomfortable bed

Location. Comfortable bed. Kitchen.

Where do I start. Host was unreliable. Didn't respond to my problems and concerns. Toilet backed up with stool and NO PLUNGER!!!. First day had to go to 4 stores to buy a plunger. Luckily it worked. On top of that stress, we didn't know how to operate the TV remote, the ac and the washer and stove. No instruction in English. Only after I went to a foreign exchange center outside our apartment did I get the women to help me and she sent another message to the host in hungarian. Two men come out to apartment. They bring 2 extra pillows. NO PLUNGER for Toilet which was the biggest problem. Unbelievable!!!. Asked for extra towels and bath mats because we only got ONE of each and we're staying 20 nights!!. They ONLY gave us one extra washcloth, hand towel and one extra garbage bag. Had only 3 rolls of Toilet paper for ENTIRE stay. Ridiculous how cheap they were and unaccomidating. Also shower leaked terribly. Had to hold doors together with one hand while you watered your body. I took a shower every 4 days because you had to turn the water off while washing yourself and face the water to the back wall or there would have been a flood on the floor. Had to use one of my own bath towels I brought to clean up the water, Unbelievable. By the end of the stay the only bath mat we got was black from the DIRTY floor. DISGUSTING. Than I notice a sign in English saying they count the towels and if short get charged 30 euros PER TOWEL. Also sign on washer that if you don't operate it right and cause damage to drum get charged 100 EUROS. Instructions SHOULD be written in English and GERMAN since majority of travelers come from there. No thats not the case. Only charges for damages and missing towels are written in English. Lastly, finding and getting into the apartment after a long 2 flights and feeling jetlagged in the dark yet was Unbelievable. Multiple codes to get into several doors. 2 keys to lock and unlock doors.

This apartment went way above our expectations. A beautiful and modern haven located in the centre of everything. The decor and location were superb. The facilities provided were brilliant, and the check in instructions including videos were super helpful. Attention to detail was excellent with the decor and even though in a central location, this gem was secluded and quiet enough to be able to drown out the noise in the evening. A short walk to most things, and located near lots of shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent throughout.

Perhaps more than one towel each for longer stays would be helpful.

The apartment is adorable and exactly as advertised. It's in a great location for tourists hoping to see the sites in Budapest. It's on the Pest side, and very walkable to St. Stephens Cathedral, the Ferris Wheel, the Jewish Synagogues, shopping, dining, etc. We're athletic and walked to the Chain Bridge, Parliament, and other attractions as well. We walked to a train stop with our luggage that went directly to the Airport (no stops).

The door locks and keys frankly stunk. The apartment is on the fourth floor (there's a teeny elevator) but the light is broken in the staircase/hall outside of the apartment door. There are two keys and two doors you must go through (using a different key for each) and the locks are very poorly made and difficult to use. It was hard to get in the doors, no matter the time of day, and at night it was nuts with the light out. We used our phone flashlight but it still took several minutes every time to lock or unlock the two doors. The apartment should get an electronic lock/keypad. The dark hallway/stairs and difficult door locks lead me to not recommend this apartment until they fix these issues.

Spacious apartment, and very comfortable and well equipped - layout and facilities were well thought out with hooks, loads of hangers etc for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Clear check in instructions and a better location than I could've imagined in a trendy, buzzing area. Very quiet in the property despite the lively area.

Shower box seal wasn't tight and water would seep out after a shower, making the bathmat very soggy. The washing machine came in very handy for that. Light switches were a little confusing and we always ended up hitting multiple switches to get the right one.

Location was ideal close to everything. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, I frequently travel and 2 days in my hips and back are so painful from the bed and I just want back to my own bed, this was definitely not the case here.

No sofa or outdoor area to sit out.

Very clear instructions for check in process. Excellent location.
