Close to the city center. The room has everything you need.

WiFi was not working all the time. Also the tv was in italian and not programmed. When we asked they said we have to do it. So it was useless. For this money we expected more.

Great location, cozy flat. Pick up instruction was quite clear.

It wasn't clear that the toilet was separate from the shower - it was inconvenient and came as a surprise to me upon arrival Check out is at 10am and check in is at 3pm. It's too early to check out and a bit late to check in (considering previous guests check out time).

The apartment has elicited many negative feelings from me. My disappointment began when I noticed a significant difference between the photos and the actual appearance of the apartment. Although it appeared cozy in the pictures, this was not the case in reality. On my first day, I encountered an issue with the hot water, which marked the beginning of a frustrating experience. There was a complete lack of communication with the property managers, who sent a man to inspect the apartment. He informed me that I needed to wait for the landlord to arrive and check everything. However, instead of the landlord, another man, who claimed to be an electrician, arrived to inspect the boiler. He was unaware of the landlord's arrival and the purpose of his visit. I attempted to contact the booking assistant for clarification, but my messages were ignored. Eventually, I had to call them, and they informed me that I did not need to wait for the landlord. It took almost 3-4 hours to resolve the issue with the hot water, leaving me extremely dissatisfied with the communication and service provided by the booking representatives. I regretted choosing this apartment and wished that I had booked a different property. The experience left me with negative feelings, and I am requesting a refund, at least half of the total cost, due to the unpleasant and uncomfortable stay, as well as the safety risks associated with dealing with unknown individuals.

Very comfortable location by pleasant price. The apartment is really cozy and warm. I like the design of the apartment and comfy equipped kitchen.
