The location and it was a clean apartment.

Nothing like the pictures! Where were all the cushions and the plants on the table and the yellow clock and the curtain in the bedroom. Felt more like a shabby hostel and the TV and WAshing machine did not work. The bedroom windows were blacked out ! There were not enough utensils to cook with and the little balcony did not seem safe to sit on and not inviting either. You couldn’t get into the double bed with 2 people ! Also the directions were a little scatty. It took us a few times up and down the road to find the place and no name of the apartment was on any of the doors. A lot of codes to get through 3 doors and then the key into the apartment! We stayed in sunny side but really it should have been called stern side.

I arrived here for a 3 night stay and stayed about 2/3 hours until I found somewhere else to stay. The area was incredibly ran down. The walkway to the apartment felt very unsafe and was unclean. The apartment itself looked nothing like the photos. The furniture was in poor condition for example the chairs and tables. The windows and walls were unclean along with crumbs which were left on the floor. The shower and bathroom tiny and very outdated. You could hear every creak from other rooms. After speaking to management apparently my issues are ‘minor’ and photos advertised never fully look like the place. Honestly it’s a nightmare. I have shown some photos I took.

Location is the best to be.

I asked for a 5 people apartment. It had one double bed which was very uncomfortable and a sofa . There was only one air condition in the living room and was extremely hot. I left the apartment after 2 nights out of the 4 paid since it was not possible to sleep 5 persons in these conditions even though I asked the host to provide one more bed which they could not do so .

The location

Air Con was NOT WORKING (did not cool at all and after a couple of minutes of it being on, water gushed out of it every time!! They then claimed we just didn’t know how to use it but it was simply not working. Air Con was one of the main reasons we went with this property. They said someone will come to fix it but they never came so it was extremely hot in the apartment. Blinds were broken and curtains were not hung when we arrived so someone had to come to fix it as there would have been no way for us to sleep with no way of making it dark. Washing machine broken, hairdryer broken. Needs serious TLC, like the hanger for the hand towel is constantly leaning into the toilet because it’s not secured to the wall properly. Also, the sofa had SEVERAL disgusting stains, wouldn’t want to sleep or even sit on this.

I liked the size and location of the apartments. The location is very convenient. The apartment is great, but there are moments.

The sofa in the apartment was stained with blood. It shouldn't be like this! The washing machine was turned on, but the spin function did not work, it was difficult for us to wash things.The air conditioner works, but all the water flows into the room, it is necessary to clean the tube for draining the water
