Cosy apartment in the centre of Budapest, right next the main transport hub yet quiet. It was perfect for our few nights stay.

The TV didn't work and it could have been cleaner, the bedlinen didn't smell fresh.

The inside of the apartment was fantastic, very well equipped in bathroom, kitchen and with washing machine. Location was excellent, a 1-minute walk from the metro station and trams and 5 mins from one of the main Christmas market squares, with shops, cafes and restaurants. getting in was a little tricky at first with the gates and keypads but that is common in Budapest and very quickly got used to. hallway and lift are being renovated currently so not a good first impression but the apartment was wonderful and I’m sure that will improve! we had a great stay :)

Location 10/10, in the center. You feel really safe since you have to go through 4 doors to get into the apartment, good value for money.

This is just a personal experience, but the apartment wasnt cleaned properly at check in time because of the festival going on at the time and a tight schedule.

The apartment was located in the city centre. There was an excellent connection to the airport (by bus, which goes 24/7). The apartment was specious, clean, and had all needed home appliance. The self check-in and check-out was definitely a plus.

Unfortunately, I must express my immense disappointment with the rental of this apartment. The experience was highly unsatisfactory due to numerous issues we had to deal with. Firstly, the communication with the owner was unbearable. The responses to our questions and requests were exceptionally delayed, resulting in many unnecessary setbacks. Particularly concerning was the prolonged response time regarding the compensation we were supposed to receive for the shortcomings in the apartment. Another major problem was the lack of internet access throughout our entire stay. In the description, the owner assured that there would be access to wifi and during the stay it was not possible to connect even once because the router was out of order. therefore we had to pay for the internet in full ourselves. This posed a significant inconvenience as we relied on the internet for remote work and planning our excursions around Budapest. The absence of internet left us completely disconnected from the rest of the world and hindered us from fully enjoying our trip. The owner assured that he would take care of the problem and during our stay no one helped us. The entire experience with renting this apartment left us with a very negative impression. Insufficient communication, no internet access, and issues with compensation seriously affected the quality of our stay in Budapest. I strongly do not recommend this place to other travelers, and I hope the owner takes steps to address these serious shortcomings in the future.
