they need the details of the mother, the manager was not responsible, I called at 2:40 pm ask the address of the apartment, because they did not tell earlier. Check out at 10am, check in at 3pm too much time for cleaning. another proof of irresponsible managers in the middle of our stay in the apartment, other guests knocked on our door because the managers mixed up the apartments and gave them instructions to check into our apartment, so we had to call them and find out this situation that we live here.

Not luxury, but good accommodation in all its essential functions. It is very close to the main transport hub of the city (Deák Square) and to the airport bus. Despite being in the middle of the tourist area, this room was quiet. Following the instructions exactly, I found the gate and keys without any problem. The WiFi worked fine. The weather was such that I didn't need the air conditioning, so I can't comment on that.

The "garden view" is an exaggeration, it looks more like an industrial courtyard, but at least it is relatively free of street noise.

Heating system did not work, and finding it on the map was a bit difficult

Modern and bright apartment. Excellent central location for tourism and public transport network, including the Metro main station and 100E Airport Express, which is 800metres away! Lots of cafes, bars and places to eat close by. Maybe a little noisy for some at times due to this. The instructions for locating the actual building (lack of signage) and entering using the keypads was confusing but the telephone helpline was useful, the operator spoke good English and assisted us in getting into the building. A few minor issues but don't let it put you off.

Finding the street was easy enough but not the actual building and using the keypad instructions was confusing (maybe the translation into Englush)? Quite a lot of steps if the lift isn't working properly. Not suited to someone who would struggle with steps.
