Location was fantastic being right in the middle of the city. Bus 100E stops right in front of the apartment! Lots of amenities around.

Washing machine was faulty with dirty laundry (wet) still in it. TV remote nowhere to be found.

Everything was great! The apartment was clean and we felt very comfortable and secured. Location is perfect and metro station is close. It's perfect for 2-3 people.

It was a bit hard to find the building where the apartment is located, because of numeration in the street.

Was a little bit difficult to enter the building and find the right apartment but the host was quick to respond and help

Good location

The main bed in the room the woods are broken, is very uncomfortable . The walls are very dirty. The shower head is falling down in the shower. The tv chanel are not working. Etc. The couch Is dirty too. On the picture seen good but its not meet our expectations.

The location was great and the apartment was very clean and well renovated and plenty of toilet paper provided. it was quiet at night and security was good. heating was great. when we had trouble getting into the place as there are 3 coded doors to get through the lady we telephoned was very helpful and guided us through it till we got into the apartment.

Finding the place was not easy. There is no sign stating Miles Home anywhere on the building. It is also confusing that in the given address part of the address is 1075 but that doesn’t exist anywhere only 1076 does. For 5 nights only one set of towels were provided. The washing machine didn’t work properly as the spin cycle is not fast enough to properly spin dry the clothes and there was no dryer or anywhere to hang clothes on. I had to go to a laundromat to dry them The kitchen was small but good however there was a lack of pots & pans and utensils for cooking. the outside door code didn’t work all the time - sometimes it took 5 or more attempts for the door to unlock. the shower head wouldn’t stay in place and there was no soap holder in the shower. no soap was provided either. No kitchen sink plug to wash up dishes. the main bedroom door doesn’t close as the end of the bed is in the way. bathroom door also doesn’t close properly.
