Nice house clean and tidy.

The location was ideal for our purpose. Close to shops and family. Also close to a lovely park to walk the dog. The lift was excellent

The trains passed very close and woke us up round about 5 O clock The settee was not very comfortable. We had problems with the door lock from arrival. the mechanism appeared faulty and failed to function properly which caused us concern.

It’s got nice views outside of River Dee. The tv has a smart tv and Netflix which is useful. It’s a nice flat and bed is comfortable.

I think more information should be given before you book and it after you booked because this is not refundable. They tells you after you booked that they requires a £200 deposit that will be returned to you within a week if no damages in the house which is fine if this was told before booking and not after, this had left me with very small budget left to spend on our holidays which I was not happy with. I had to budget around because of this deposit! This is not fair. We should be given a choice whether we can afford a deposit or not before make our booking! I tried to cancel this apartment because I don’t have much spending money left after this deposit but this was non refundable so I had no choice but to go and also to cut back on our spending! So be aware of this! I was very annoyed at this as it ruined a little for us. Also, it wasn’t the landlord fault but as I parked my car at private car park outside the apartment, I find that someone (possibly using beer bottle) and smashed my front car windows! At bottom corners on both sides! There is no cctv there and as my insurance is third party, this won’t cover a new windows and I was quoted £696 from Autoglass for a new windows! Very disappointing stay. This ended up such a very expensive holidays for me.

Had to contact AM/PM en route from Edinburgh as no info sent re access by mid day,had to travel into centre of town to office to pick up keys) ( although prior to arrival received umpteen E mails regarding payment,threatening exorbitant charges if removing so called luxury toiletries ( which consisted of two 20ml shower gel and shampoo- £15 each bottle charged if removed ,tho can be sourced from Amazon for £15 for 50!!!) and overstaying exit time ( their words (charges may be more than you paid for your trip even if one hour over).Sadly when contacted to put right the following matters no feedback!! KITCHEN-flooring/kickboard broken.No dishwasher as stated in folder.Mismatched crockery,broken cutlery. LOUNGE- buckled leg on dining table chair,very thick layer of dust over light shade,sideboard,even information folder.Rug not vacuumed,coffee table falling apart.EN-SUITE BEDROOM- Lamps and surfaces white with dust,Matress needs replacing,no mattress protector.Towel rail falling off wall.Toilet brush heavily stained and holder also heavily stained outside. BEDROOM 2- Mattress poor,bed very low.All surfaces thick with white dust.Mirrored wardrobe door cracked fully widthways.BATHROOM- toilet brush also brown inside and outside holder. LOBBY flooring loose which slides and is hazardous underfoot.
