Was good location and the view from front window was nice

The nebourghs making a loud racket between 1am Upto 4am, there was long hairs in the shower before any of us used it, there was layers of dust over the ornaments. The tv in the living room only worked now and again, there was nothing about how to turn the heating on so had to figure it out for ourselves and there taps were opposite in the kitchen the red is cold and the blue is hot ! Mold in the shower also. No stock of toilet roll. 2 towels for 4 people booking to stay.

The apartment had a lovely view of the river and all basic necessities needed for a short weekend stay. The place was comfortable and clean enough. We managed to book very last minute on the day due to cancellation of other accommodation, which was a smooth process from start to finish. Kelly was easily contactable through booking.com and very attentive.

Some of the kitchenware is needing replaced due to wear and tear but had no issues otherwise.

Was clean and tidy,

Coffee table broken, only 3 dinning chairs, floor in kitchen broken, cosmetic damage on walls etc. one bed too low to ground and uncomfortable could do with more pillows on both beds. Didn’t affect our stay.

The apartment was clean, spacious and warm. Only 5mins from city centre and the wedding I was attending.

We were relocated from this flat to Queens Highlands, Queens Road Aberdeen due to a broken boiler at the Riverside appartment. Communication was very good with rental company and we were happy that they offered an alternative. This review therefor is for 43 Queens Mansions. Secure parking. Two bathrooms, one en suite. Double bedroom and a twin (travelled with adult children). Quiet building. Easy access to all directions. Nice large floor area in living room/dining/kitchen. Very hot water for showers. Floor to celining windows in main area which the dog loved for watching the world go by! Elevator directly to each floor and to the car park. Handy for luggage to and from flat. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher/oven/hob/microwave/washing machine.

Instructions on collecting keys and location of parking were confusing. Visitor parking was on different level to main parking so took a couple walks around and in building to find our way in and out! Only one fob for entry/exit which isn't convenient when all leaving/returning at different times. Entrance door to flat is a keypad which was tempramental if you're hesitant with inputting the code. It blocks and you have to wait for it to reset. Water tap in kitchen was not fixed to sink so rotates when you try to turn on. Back of one sofa was broken (looks like it's been sat on). Ill fitting floor hatch cover on floor beside large windows at dining table which could be potentially risky for a child or pet's foot/hand. Cutlery and crockery needing washing before use.

it was centrally located and clean. Nice little desk by the window to watch the river.

Beds are very uncomfortable.
