Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto deludente. L’igiene è appena nei limiti della norma, ma l’ambiente in generale appare trascurato e disordinato, con scarsa attenzione ai dettagli. All’arrivo ho trovato lenzuola disordinate e letti non sistemati, cosa inaccettabile per una struttura che dovrebbe accogliere ospiti. Il lavandino della cucina è malfunzionante: ogni volta che lo si utilizza sembra staccarsi. Inoltre, la dotazione della cucina è insufficiente: mancano le padelle e ci sono solo due pentole, rendendo difficile anche preparare pasti semplici come la pasta. I piatti sporchi con ancora le briciole dei vecchi inquilini Le immagini presenti su Booking non rispecchiano affatto la realtà: l’appartamento è completamente diverso e molto più trascurato rispetto a quanto mostrato online. Un altro aspetto negativo riguarda il check-in: per entrare due ore prima (dalle 16 alle 14) mi sono stati richiesti 20 euro extra, cosa che ho trovato poco corretta. Nonostante ciò, una volta entrata ho trovato la casa in condizioni disordinate. (In allegato lascio le condizioni delle coperte appena arrivati) Considerando il prezzo il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente insoddisfacente. Voto: 4/10. Non lo consiglierei.

Neoprano suđe, police nedovoljno čiste, zidove bi trebalo prefarbati, vrata od kupaonice se ne mogu zatvoriti, čuju se susjedi iz svih susjednih soba jer su zidovi jako tanki, po mom mišljenju neprihvatljivo je da apartman dočeka goste u takvom stanju

Perfect location, near every mode of transportation you might need. The mall is 5 minutes away, and there are a lot of nice restaurants and places to eat nearby. The 3 bedroom apartment was way more spacious than we expected, perfect for 10 people, so we were pleasantly surprised! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and was also our main hang out spot as a group, so that was nice. There was enough hot water for everyone, that's another huge plus if you're coming with a group of friends. Self check-in process is very easy, the host gave us every bit of information we needed and was very helpful!

Every room has an AC which is a plus, but it's pretty hard to warm up such spacious rooms. It wasn't a big issue for us, since the weather served us well, but I'd maybe suggest coming in warmer months. The bathroom had a leaky toilet, which we regularly mopped, again, it truly wasn't that big of an issue, but just a heads up.
