El sistema de self check-in y check-out fue muy cómodo, con explicaciones claras y fáciles de seguir para acceder a la casa. Además, nos dieron muy buenas indicaciones para encontrar el alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente y sin duda uno de los puntos fuertes de la estancia.

El anuncio incluye fotos de varios apartamentos, por lo que al llegar el alojamiento no se correspondía con lo que habíamos imaginado. El apartamento necesita reforma: las paredes deberían pintarse, el pomo de la puerta del baño estaba roto y la tostadora no funcionaba. Al encender el aire acondicionado, un recipiente bajo el fregadero comenzaba a gotear, provocando un charco en la habitación; habría sido importante avisar de esto o indicar que se vaciara con frecuencia. Se lo comunicamos a la anfitriona, pero no obtuvimos respuesta.

Když jsem zde byla poprvé na přelomu září a října, vše bylo OK. Tentokrát první den a noc při spuštění klimatizace jako topení velmi kapala pod dřezem voda, což bylo hlavně v noci rušivé. Musela jsem několikrát vylévat misku pod dřezem (bylo špatně uchycené odvodnění). Když jsem šla večer ven na delší dobu, miska se rychle naplnila, a voda tekla na podlahu. druhý a další den už to bylo lepší. Voda tekla méně. Bylo by dobré po sezoně vymalovat a vyprat peřiny a polštáře.

It was overall a very pleasant stay

The apartment was cold (only one heater in the bathroom). And needs a little maintenance (the curtain post fell on us).

I really enjoyed the building, with the typical architecture style and I find the location extremely convenient. Also the entrance is on a central and busy street, not far from the airport shuttle stop which was safe for us to walk alone around even late in the night. Also the host is extremely approachable and responsive. The instructions provided are more than detailed and they are kind enough to provide a whole list of attractions and recommendations for food and drinks.

The studio is cozy but need some urgent renovation. The air-conditioning was releasing water under the kitchen sink- that we were not aware of- and even if there was a small bucket there, having the air-conditioning on for the whole night caused an overflow and we woke up in a mini flood. Also the bathroom door couldn't be shut because the handle was about to fall. The walls could be treated with a layer of paint, as there are many marks. Finally on the booking page there were pictures of multiple properties, which was not a problem for us but it could be misleading for other guests.

I visited Budapest for a concert (only 2 nights), this place it’s close to the subway, close to the city center, and near everything you might need. I recommend it for short stays; it’s the ideal place, and I’ll definitely come back in the future.
