Great location. Lovely clean apartment. People living within the complex were all friendly.

The apartment could do with a security door on the main doorway, to allow airflow. The apartment was quite hot and to open the balcony or bedroom windows allowed to road traffic noise in.

The location id in the CBD and close to shops and restaurants.

The manager of the drop box did not provide their contact details, making it difficult to collect keys

This apartment needs a good deep clean! we requested cleaners who never came! The fans need a good clean and there were dirty sheets which has not been laundered! the toaster was absolutely filthy! The staff was trying to be helpful but this is being operated by a third party and no one knew who the actual host is! definitely 0 recommendation if travelling with kids!! not even the exhaust fan was working or there weren’t one installed!

Place is perfect for a family of 6. Spacious living room and comfortable beds. Parking was provided too, which is a bonus!

Un hygienic- dirty sock behind the door One of the beds had hair on the sheets not from a person's head! The main bedroom light was broken I had to call owner then they gave me the number for the manager for the cleaners which I had to organise.. I had to speak to the cleaners about the problems which they were quite defensive about. They asked for proof of everything, which luckily I had photos. It was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it will be difficult to recommend. No one really went out of their way to help Service not great!
