Beautiful view from balcony, clean and tidy, with aircon. Has every thing you need in an apartment. Very secure location. Coopers ale house is on the corner, we got alot of takeaway woodfire 🍕. 15 minute walk to rundall mall. Staff very helpful and friendly. Easy to catch uber from.

The communication while we were there was poor messages weren't answered and the fact we had to return the keys to the room when you need them to get out the car park isn't a great idea they should maybe have you return them to somewhere more convenient like the lock box you pick them up from

TV was not working very well. Need to check it. Bit noisy from the pub next door

The location of the Forest of Dreams apartment was great, close enough to walk or tram into the central city but being just on the edge of the CBD that it was quiet with lovely views across the park to the hills. There were enjoyable cafes and restaurants close by and it was an easy walk to the Central Markets. As a group of 5 adults it worked well for us and it was excellent to have the onsite secure parking. We also appreciated the prompt response to any queries or questions.

There was very little we didn’t like, the apartment was great value for money.

Beds sloped into the middle. Second key did not have FOB attached meaning inconvenient for family to split up and get back into the property

Fantastic location, everything we needed for a family stay. Beds were very comfortable and loved the view from the main bedroom window!

Nothing we didn’t like but would like to note just a few things - there is only one split air conditioner in the main room so bedrooms and bathroom/toilet a little cold (it was 13 degree rainy weather). To reach the front door you walk out of lifts to an open air walkway so we did get a bit wet going in and out.
