N38 Apartments by Small Home Budapest

Apart from the location, nothing

We arrived at the entrance at 15:35 and after waiting 15 minutes at the door, she told us that the apartment was still being cleaned. The cleaning guy let us in and we put our stuff down and left, when she texted that the apartment we went to wasn't even ours and our bags will be taken to "apartment B". We entered apartment B and it was full of dog hair and the apartment smelled like dog! There was only one clean towel that smelled like cigarettes and the other one was wet! The couch had stains and dog hair on it. We messaged the landlord and she said she'll contact the cleaning crew but then she said that she couldn't reach them and when we asked for a form of compensation since we paid 59 euros, she ignored our message and didn't answer us.

The Sofa and Bed was cozy

Did not send check in information before. Two rooms were closed. The bathroom was very small. Only one towel between 3 people.

It has a nice sofa and chairs

When we booked the apartment it appears they have 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. It has only 2 bedroom with a sofa in a bedroom and the second bedroom you can reach very unusual from the bathroom It has very thin walls you can hear everything and a smell of dust The door at entrance of apt is very unsafe with a glass that anybody can see in the apartment I contacted the property and they told me they are not marketing the property as 2 bedrooms and 1 living room but I have screenshots for that and they also said that in description Very unusual A little cold and the bed sheets not really clean

Bed was comfortable.

The toilet is broken, the water was flowing everywhere when flush the toilet. And the door handle was broken

very rude service, the apartment was dirty, they probably forgot to clean it. I don't recommend it

Bed was comfortable, AC worked well. The location isnt in center but there is good public transport connection

Noisy building

The bad sheets were not changed, the fresh ones were on drying, we had to change it ourselves. The floor was very dirty, not cleaned at all. No tea maker, no coffee maker, garbage in the trash can, some used not cleaned pot on an oven. We survived one night but don't recommend it for longer stay.
