Easy check-in, location and atmosphere of old house with big rooms

There were no towels for hands, no cloth in the kitchen and very limited kitchenware ... no kettle, no coffee cups, no tea spoons, blunt knives etc.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The host was extremely kind and helpful, promptly responding to all our questions and accommodating all our needs. The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable, equipped with all necessary amenities. The location is also great, with easy access to the city's main attractions and excellent transportation options. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Nicely decorated, big rooms

It was very comfortable to stay here and I was happy to find a beautiful place on the same day I needed it. It is close to the metro, a tram line, and a supermarket. I look forward to staying here again.

Nothing

Don't waste your money on this place. They show you the pictures of a nice apartment, but will send you to a tiny apartment that is not worth the money. There were no towels, the bathroom door was broken, the heating didn't work and a window didn't close. It was so cold I had to sleep with my clothes on. The bed is just a prison mattress, there was dirty laundry in the closet and one shelf was broken. The owner never replied and when she didn't care. I got a discount, but they offer it for 150€+. Absolute scam. I have never written a bad review before and I have stayed in so many hotels, hostels and apartments. If a place is bad, but cheap then it is ok, but this tiny apartment is way overpriced and just makes you angry for paying this much money. And it is in a horrible area.

The location of the apartment is quite alright, as well as the welcome instructions of the host. The communication was alright until the heating issue emerged. After that, the communication stopped...

Since we have booked an apartment in the middle of December, we have expected a warm apartment, but the heating was turned off! The only heating element was an AC, and the gas for the gas convector is cut-off. Although, the host has advised us to turn it on?! The towels were smelly, as well as the bed sheets. The kettle was missing (probably broken). There was a leak stain in the bathroom ceiling. The main door to the apartment is made with clear glass. Perhaps it could be replaced with the matte glass. The apartment could see a little renovation!
