Close proximity to main road

The property is located very close to a busy main road, which results in a lot of noise during the night. Unfortunately, the house is not soundproof, and street noise can be heard clearly inside. The building itself feels neglected, and there is no elevator to access the second floor. The entrance area is unkempt, with waste bins placed right at the front, giving a poor first impression. The TV was too small, lot of nooce while walking, the kitchen was poorly maintained — many utensils were either rusted or scratched, and several areas seemed uncleaned. The owner was largely unresponsive, even when we reached out for help with the Wi-Fi, which either wasn’t working or had an incorrect password. Despite messaging, we received no reply. Overall, the stay didn’t feel worth the price we paid. Right across the street, there’s a hotel that offers a much more peaceful and satisfying experience for just a little more money.

1. If someone was visiting, we had to go downstairs to open the door for them. It became tedious after two times. 2. No elevator (do not recommend for people with small kids, elderly people, or people with disabilities.)

The size of the room was very nice for 1 person, and it's location was very optimal. There were many facilities and the cooking utensils were very helpful. There was probably everything I needed in a house.

There were many problems, there was no one to communicate with if I had any problems. The sink was clogged and I requested a plumber to fix it but no one came. There were not enough towels and the sink itself was very small. The shower head in the shower did not work and I hat to only use the handle. The stairs were also very tricky and there was no elevator, which was very tiring. My main problem with the place was that there was no source of help and no one to ask or communicate with if I had a problem or concern.

The apartment is pretty big, with large and tall rooms. It was very clean. Self check-in. In walking distance to the city center. The kitchen is well stocked. Good value for the price

The place is really in need of maintenance. The bathroom doors would not close, one sink was stuck on clogged, furniture was coming apart in places. Heating was off in one room. The layout is pretty weird since one room is accessible only via going through the bathroom. There's no privacy in the entrance/kitchen area since there's a glass door at the entrance and anyone passing by can see inside.

The bed had a hole, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The place had an odd smell, like winter cabbage. The host mentioned there would be an iron, but there wasn't one. I tried to reach out for help, but the host was slow to respond and eventually stopped replying altogether.
