No breakfast included but good facilities to make our own. Excellent location and many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Top floor so there was no bother from the nightlife.

The apartment is old but everything works as it should and is clean. We did not see any insects anywhere and although the stairs are a bit steep they should not stop anyone!

Location was excellent plus property was spacious.

Shower.

The apartment was very well situated. Genevieve was very friendly . There was everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable with extra blankets available for the cooler nights.

Bathroom leaves alot to be desired. Very outdated and awkward to use The bed too small for 2 people The sofa is not comfortable in tv room needs replacing. Sofa too small in sitting room no use for 2 people

Lovely apartment, spacious with a good sized outdoor space. We only really slept in the apartment we ate out, so not too sure about the kitchen utensils cooker etc. We were very comfortable staying there, pleasant neighbourhood and very central. The bathroom requires a bit of an upgrade.

the lady who checked us in was a bit unpredictable. she seemed pleasant enough and after checking the apartment she returned our 200 euros. As i say the bathroom is primitive no proper shower which we did not mind it was sufficient, old fashioned shower curtain round the bath and a plastic tube thing over the taps, , sadly when we were outside waiting for our taxi the lady was leaving and she suddenly accused us of breaking the shower ?? can only imagine she was talking about the plastic pole that was holding up the plastic curtains which was hanging by a thread when we arrived. , we were getting into the taxi, she said you will have to pay, we said message us what the actual damage is and what you imagine we owe,(taxi was waiting to take us to airport) she then demanded we hand over 20 euros, which we did to keep the peace, it was a very unpleasant experience, and we were totally baffled by the lady's attitude, may be a language barrier thing but it was very upsetting - we had planned to book again, but not after this encounter sadly, it did put a bit of a dampener on our trip, we are honest hardworking senior citizens and there was no call for this rudeness. . Alicante was amazing, can recommend.

Lovely appartment, well situated in the centre of Alicante. Ample size with a lovely outside area.

The master bed was small, also could do with a toaster for toast.

Perfect for the two of us to experience the festival. Great position giving easy access to the front, town beach and a selection of great restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Easy check in, as our hosts were there to welcome us. Thank you Geno for our relaxing stay.

The location is fabulous! It's close to the airport, bus stop, and the center of Alicante. The cozy apartment is on the top floor, with a lovely terrace on which to relax. There were no problems with getting our deposit back at check-out.

The bathroom and kitchen are very small for two people. Please note that check-in and check-out times are strict.
