The appartment is very cosy, though large, with separate 3 places to sleep, lovely terrace and fully equipped kitchen. Location is central but quiet at night. No problems with deposit return at check-out.

Fantastic location, very central and only a short walk from the airport bus stop at Luceros. lovely terrace to relax on, comfortable bed and pillows, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom.

All was great but I would have preferred a softer less bobbly sheet and a message earlier letting me know to ring a particular bell upon arrival. Because the message was sent while I was on the plane it took a while to come through to my phone upon arriving in Spain. I ended up sitting on the step outside for 20 minutes as I didn’t know I had to ring a bell.

The location, the roof terrace, lots of space, very clean

You must check out during a one hour slot between 10 am and 11 am, otherwise they charge you extra €15 per hour outside that slot. This is very unusual and very restrictive. The woman who did the check-in and check out was not very friendly. At check-in we agreed that my nephew, who lives in Alicante and speaks fluent Spanish and was present at the check-in, could do the check out as we had to catch an early flight. When the woman came to collect the keys, she started complaining to my nephew that this was against the rules and threatened not to pay back our cash deposit in full! Finally she did pay it back, but the experience was quite unpleasant.

The location is perfect and flat very clean with a very big balcony. A lovely flat to stay. The host can arrange a pickup service from the airport which is very handy and saved us time to find the flat.

The bathroom is a little bit small. The kettle is too small which has a code. You have to unplug the kettle every time to fill the kettle. A kettle of water will not be able to fill two mugs of tea.
