Widok 10/10 z 30 piętra z balkonu. Na plus bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem i lokalizacja w samym centrum. Blisko przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy.

Przypalone żelazko. Zacinający się zamek w drzwiach wejściowych. Przydałoby się odświeżenie apartamentu. Widok rekompensuje wszystko.
