Apartamento 29th floor & sea view

Location and view tremendous

Apartment clean but badly in need of a total renovation. Furnishings in need of upgrade

I have wonderful experience here the view from balcony is comfortable and also it’s value to money

Les matelas. Les draps. Et les oreillers... tout est non propre non confortable

La ubicación y el aire acondicionado.

Fatal. La comunicación con el casero fue casi inexistente. Menos mal que solo fuimos para una noche. La persiana estaba rota, el casero me comentó que ese mismo día estaría arreglada y no fue así. Tuvimos que dormir sin poder bajar las persianas. Las sillas estaban rotas. La pintura del baño totalmente levantada. El sofá cama incomodísimo. El congelador estaba tan sucio y con tanto hielo que no pudimos usarlo. La terraza muy descuidada. En definitiva muy mala experiencia.

The landlord was very helpful and very kind brought us the soft pillows and a toaster too. The view is very good..looks over the Alicante city n Santa Barbara Castle. The apartments are very close to the city just few minute to all amenities, cafes and restaurants too.

Although the view was exceptional the music playing in the far distance was very loud and played into the early hours of morning and kept me awake till 3am in the morning. Just a shame as the hotel is in a good area. Pillows were very hard n towels were old and tired looking. Ones I would only use for washing a dog and floors with. The towels were very old and worn out. Was disgusted with the towels couldn't believe they were for guests. Was very disappointed with the very tired and undecorated room with no window blackout blinds and shutters were broken. So we asked for bedsheets to keep the light out. The patio set furniture was very old and cushions were torn and table was very old and not varnished. The bathroom was mouldy and when having a shower the water leaked onto the main bathroom floor..which we had to mop up every time having a shower. The wardrobe was very tired and filthy looking and a dispret need for painting. The whole place needed renovating. In the bathroom the tiles have been painted over and paint was peeling off the walls with blue tiles showing underneath. The elevator kept waking me up every night. We asked the landlord to softer pillows n a toaster. He was very helpful.
