"Small cozy apartment with lovely views and central location, would stay here again!"

I really loved the balcony with amazing views, the location is also very nice and central. Everything from booking to check out worked well and the apartment was what I expected - small but cozy for few nights with possibility to cook.

Every now and then there was a weird smell in the apartment, couldn’t really locate where it came from but it did not affect my stay too much.

A good location in the city, nice view from the balcony

as a place is intended mostly for short stays it would be great if there would be shower gel in the bath so you do not need to bring your own, as i travel quite often, apartments like these usually have this. Actually I know that people have left their own but after cleaning it was gone :) We would have been happy to leave our own shapoo/shower gel that we have bought if we had known that they would be left for other guests. During last year it was my 3rd time staying in differend apartment of this building. The price of all was almost the same and summing up all three apartments, this one needs refurbishing a littlebit :)

Checking process was easy, they send us everything earlier via WhatsApp. You get to the apartment by the booking code. We easily found parking place in front of the building (parking rates are really low in Alicante). The view is obviously the biggest advantage of this apartment.

The apartment definitely needs renovation. The paint is peeling off the walls in the bathroom. There is an unpleasant smell coming from the drains. The walls in the room are dirty. We booked an apartment for four people, but it was prepared just for two. We arrived late, so we didn't contact the owner - we found extra towels and linen in the wardrobe (we had to make the extra bed by ourselves).
