We had the best stay ever we are a family of six with 10,12,12,13 year olds it was lovely upon arrival we got to leave our cases the cleaner was very nice and did a brilliant job.the owner was in contact all the time and responded to anything we have asked there is everything you could possibly want there beach towels beach umbrellas coffee machine a bonus with the washer dryer was very handy with the children we really enjoyed are stay the two bathrooms come in handy with a big family the beds where comfy and was lots of extra duvets pillows big dinner table we enjoyed eating together for breakfast I’m so happy I found this place it’s spacious modern clean and homely we really did enjoy are holiday air con was brilliant I have no faults at all we visit Alicante 4 times a year and I will not use anywhere else after this easy check in easy check out great communication brilliant location shop outside gates restaurants out front and lovely walks we thank you for making our holiday wonderful and memorable

Excellent location, property had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and helpful, kindly sent recommendations for places to eat and we appreciated his flexibility on the checkout time on our last day.

Very minor points, could do with extractor fans in the bathroom, one of the bedroom shutters didn’t work, one or two fixtures were loose. Nothing that spoilt our stay.

Great location - close to the beach and the city center. Very obliging and helpful owner. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped, including laundry and dishwasher capsules. A big plus for a coffee machine with coffee beans and chilled champagne in the fridge ;) Small things that bring joy :)
