Apartment Grand Fernando Explanada Alicante

Spacious, clean, close to the port and a nice strolling avenue, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Flexibility of the landlord who allowed us to check out late on Sunday, which was very appreciated after a long day outside

The bedroom ensuite is above a very noisy street, you can hear the noise at night even with the windows closed

Very good location. Excellent air-conditioning with everything there that you would need in an apartment. It was very clean and spacious.

it was clean, spacious and perfect location (though for light sleepers it might be an issue as you can hear people talking on the streets late at night). Miguel that owns the apartment was great, let us check out at 7pm as our flight was at 10pm and even helped us find a driver to take us to see the waterfalls and caves.

The proximity to the beach and the shops and restaurants as also the castle. The size of the apartment. Miguel was very helpful, very polite and some of the stars are to his credit. The apartment had full working appliances and plumbing. The cost of living has not created as much of a crisis in Alicante !

Nothing that is major. But the apartment sits on top of a sex shop whixh by the way is a quiet shop with no problems. The layout means it is dark apart from the living and 1 bedroom. The bathrooms do get musty with 8 days of living and a mid week cleaning would be very fruitful. Kitchen needs more glasses and cups and a colander.

Location, close to city center

The apartment is old and very dark. You can’t see the ligh from outside, in special from the bedrooms. The towels were not clean, we wash them in the washing machine to be sure that there was clean. Miguel was very nice and polite and helpful with all the information that we needed.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Very clean, great facilities and a fantastic host in Miguel who made us fell very welcome. Highly recommended on all fronts - and excellent choice and you will not be disappointed.
