-sehr gute Lage (10 Min.zu Fuß zur Markthalle, 20 Min.zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken, etc.fußläufig) -sehr schöner und gemütlicher Balkon mit Gasgrill -eigener Parkplatz auf dem Gelände (eingezäunt, nur zugänglich mit Code oder Schlüssel) -Abdunklungsmöglichkeit und Klimaanlage -Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden -Gefrier-Kühl-Kombination vorhanden -Strandzubehör vorhanden (Strandtücher, Kühltasche mit Kühlakkus)

-Wohnung ziemlich abgewohnt (Sofa war durchgesessen, Bett/Matraze durchgelegen, Schränke verzogen, Wände könnten mal wieder gemalert werden, Stühle und Loungemöbel auf Balkon ebenfalls durchgesessen) -Schlafzimmer zur Straße raus (auf Grund der Geräuschkulissen war Schlafen nur mit geschlossener Balkontür möglich) -Schlafzimmer ziemlich voll gestellt (zusätzlicher Schrank und Kommode nicht notwendig, Regal an der Türseite ebenfalls nicht) -Müll muss täglich selbst an die Straße gestellt werden -Wasser in der Dusche ungleichmäßig warm
