"The dirtiest house."

Nothing.

The house is very dirty when I went out I left cleaner 10 times in the house I asked for deposit 300 I gave and now he is stuck does not want to give me money back.

"Well equipped, good location and Parking!"

The property is easily accessible and has an elevator. The kitchen was stocked with essentials such as salt, oil, coffee, tea, and sugar. I enjoyed the coffee in particular. We spend every morning having breakfast on the lovely balcony. You can see by the furniture and modern appliances that a lot was invested in this apartment. It was spacious and well-equipped. Soap, shampoos, sunblock, and washing machine detergent, were all available. The apartment is close to supermarkets and parks. It was great to have a place to park. Fantastic!

The security deposit for this apartment was more than the security deposit needed for a car hire. It was a lot for us since we were only students. However, remnants of damage from previous guests explain why it was necessary.

"We should have stayed more!"

Great apartment excellent location close to the airport and the center also well connected, there is a bus station near by that takes you to a beach. We really enjoyed out stay, the apartment was spacious and clean and very well equipped and Nicolas was super nice and welcoming. We will definately visit again and stay in the same place!

We felt right at home here. As it is not in the center of town you get to understand how the locals live. We absolutely loved our stay and we could not have wished for anything more. We recommend staying here. ❤️

Very good location, 20 minutes walk from Cagliari downtown. The owner was very nice, helpful and responsive via WhatsApp.

The sofa bed was not so comfortable for longer stay.

"Cagliari is nice"

Nice apartment with a balcony. If the balcony door isn’t open the apartment is a little dark but we were out most of the day. Pleasant stay and parking was a pleasure with your own private spot.

Nothing about the owner is at fault but if you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. Two dogs barked most of the day. I felt so sad for them being left alone outside. The road is a busy road even though it is a residential neighborhood. The road pavement make the noise of the car very loud.
